Palo Santo has been used for ages to improve focus and balance between body, mind and spirit. Also known as "Sacred Wood", the ritual of lighting a Palo Santo is considered spiritually cleansing and energetically detoxifying.

Each Palo Santo is unique and individual as it is naturally cut. The woods are approx. 10 cm long. All Palo Santo woods are ethically sourced and sustainably harvested. The fragrance is characterised by a warm, woody note with hints of eucalyptus, pine, mint and lavender.

Light the stick at one end, let it burn for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then carefully blow out the flame.

A light plume of smoke now rises from the burnt end of the wood. Walk around the room with the wood to spread the relaxing scent.

Now place the Palo Santo in a fireproof bowl or base. The embers will slowly go out by themselves.
